They provide exceptional technical support of old and new MEP equipment, to keep the machines working and maintained. I have worked with CRS for over 15 years. I really appreciate their expert service to me when I needed a safety system to automatically shut down 2 different Coil Stirrup Machines (EVG & MEP) to manual mode if the fenced area was accessed. They came up with a system and provided detailed instructions to accomplish a shut down. They supplied everything to install the system. After installation was complete, and the system worked, they followed up with a call to see if the system had any problems and if they could provide any further assistance.

We have been using CRS equipment and service for 13 years now and couldn’t be happier. Our company has multiple CRS shearlines, controllers and benders that have proven to be incredibly robust and easy to use. Anytime we have had any issues, CRS has been able to effectively troubleshoot the issue over the phone and if required, they send a service technician out quickly to help get us back up and running with minimal downtime. Spare parts are always available for all machines they manufacture and service.
